Cancellations:

Cancellations on coffee orders will be considered if the request is made within 2 hours of placing an order.

Returns:

Coffee is a perishable product and is roasted on order. Returns are only entertained if:

- The wrong product is delivered.
- The product is received in damaged condition.

You need to get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment to initiate the return process.

Refunds:

We offer the option of a replacement or 100% refund against returns.

Replacements and refunds are initiated within 3 working days of receiving the returned product.
